Heartland Motors Blacktown KIA is looking for a Yardperson – also known as a yard hand,
yard keeper, or dealership maintenance assistant – to join our friendly and professional team.
About the Role
As our Yardsperson, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day presentation and operation of
our dealership. Your responsibilities will include:
- Moving, parking, and organising vehicles in the yard
- Keeping the yard clean, tidy, and safe
- Maintaining vehicle presentation (including washing and detailing as needed)
- Assisting the sales and service teams with vehicle preparation
- Conducting basic checks on vehicles and reporting any issues
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a current manual driver’s licence
- Has good attention to detail and takes pride in presentation
- Is reliable, punctual, and a great team player
- Can work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions
